The registered office of Exotic Auto Parts is located at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
In these terms and conditions, "Exotic Auto Parts", "we", "our", and "us" means Exotic Auto Parts and "Customer", "you", or "your" means the user of this website who purchases goods from us.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing from our site. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to amend and vary these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. Any changes will take effect when posted on this website. By using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Contract: the contract between us, Exotic Auto Parts, and you, the Customer, for the sale and purchase of the Goods in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Goods: the goods (or any part of them) set out in the order.
Order: your order for the Goods submitted by you online via the website (or, in the case of trade customers, via email or telephone).
Shipping: Shipping is calculated after packing and will be invoiced separately. Some payment providers may say shipping is Free at checkout as we don't charge shipping at checkout; we cannot update the description "free" with payment providers; shipping will be invoiced separately.
Unfortunately, we cannot quote the shipping cost of your order in advance of you placing your order with us due to too many variables in the shipping cost (weight, dimension, type of shipping service, and conditions outside of our control, such as COVID-19).
We will not accept the cancellation of your order because of a shipping cost estimate provided to you.
Specification: any specification for the Goods, including any related plans and drawings that are agreed by the Customer and Exotic Auto Parts.

This is how to place an order with us:
- Get in touch with us via the website (or, in the case of trade customers, via email or telephone) and let us know the part(s) you require. You must provide us with the correct VIN number and part number when requesting a quote (we are able to provide a part diagram if necessary).
- We will provide you with a quote (exclude shipping costs).
- You accept the quote.
- We will then send you an invoice (in GBP).
- Once we receive payment in our bank account, we will process your order.
- Once we have received all of the part(s) from the factory, we will provide you with a shipping quotation for your order (in GBP).
- Once accepted, we will send you an invoice for the shipping costs.
- Once we receive payment in our bank account for the shipping cost, we will arrange the courier, and the order will leave our warehouse.
1.1 The Order you place via this Website (or, in the case of trade customers, by email or telephone) constitutes an offer to purchase the Goods in accordance with these terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring that the Order and any Specification submitted by you are complete and accurate.
1.2 For the avoidance of doubt, only trade customers can purchase Goods via email or telephone. All customers purchasing Goods for personal use must submit their Order via the Website. Orders submitted by customers for Goods for personal use will be rejected if attempted to be placed via email or telephone.
1.3 Your Order shall only be deemed accepted by Exotic Auto Parts when you have paid for the Goods and your payment has been received by Exotic Auto Parts. Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order prior to receiving payment in full from you does not constitute legal acceptance by Exotic Auto Parts of your Order.
1.4 All Orders placed via this website are subject to stock availability. In the unlikely event that you are able to place an order for an item that is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to wait until the items are available or to cancel your order. If you elect to cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.
1.5 Exotic Auto Parts will retain details of your order in our database, and these details can be made available to you on request. Please contact our Customer Service team.
1.6 Where you have been directed to this website from a third party site, these sites are independent of Exotic Auto Parts, and Exotic Auto Parts is not responsible or liable for the content of these sites. Customers should consult the terms and conditions of the particular third party site for more information.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
2.1. Products are described on the website or in the Specification.
2.2 Exotic Auto Parts reserves the right to amend product descriptions on the website if required and as necessary.
2.3 Representations of colour online are as accurate as our photographic and electronic processes will allow. Please note that colour online can also be affected by the calibrations of different output devices, and you should not rely on these when making your purchasing decisions.
2.4. All weights and sizes are supplied as a guide only and are approximate.
2.5 Guided Sales, Buyers Guides and all other advice articles have been produced by Exotic Auto Parts to help you in your purchasing decisions and to give guidance.
These articles are provided for general information, but if you are in any doubt, you should seek help from an appropriate professional. Exotic Auto Parts accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a result of the advice contained on our website.
2.6 In the event that there are any errors regarding price or description that affect your order, we reserve the right to correct that price or description and notify you accordingly.
In the unlikely event that this occurs, you will not be bound to continue with your order. You may proceed with your order, as revised with the correct price or description, or you may cancel your order. Upon cancellation, you will be refunded in full.
The repayment by us to you of all amounts paid to us will be the extent of our liability to you as a result of these errors.
3. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Once we have received your payment, your order cannot be cancelled or and Goods returned due to you ordering the wrong Goods or changing your mind.
If we send you incorrect Goods (i.e. not those Goods in your order), we will cover all costs associated with your return of the incorrect goods to us and shipping the correct Goods back to you.
Unfortunately, we cannot quote the shipping cost of your order in advance of you placing your order with us due to too many variables in the shipping cost (weight, dimension, type of shipping service, conditions outside of our control, such as COVID-19).
We will not accept the cancellation of your order because of a shipping cost estimate provided to you.
We ship worldwide with packaging as supplied by manufacturers/factories above (McLaren, Aston Martin, Bentley, Lotus, Land Rover, Jaguar, Volvo and Porsche).
Please note that all manufactures/factories (McLaren, Aston Martin, Bentley, Lotus, Land Rover, Jaguar, Volvo and Porsche) supply glass items to us in a cardboard box. We recommended that you arrange for us to make a wooden box (at your cost) to ship your order in.
This will ensure that glass items are not damaged or broken in transit. We take no responsibility for glass Goods shipped in cardboard boxes that are damaged or broken in transit.
7.1. The price of the Goods is the price set out on this website. All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling.
7.1.1. Our currency converter is for price reference only for the local currency. All payment is taken in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
7.2. The price of the Goods does not include the cost of delivering the goods to you.
7.3 The prices quoted on this website do not include any applicable import, export or other duties. You are liable to pay these in addition to the cost of your order.
7.4 Special offers and promotions advertised in the press or other media may be excluded from the site unless specifically advertised as available online. All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last. This includes all offers advertised via official Exotic Auto Parts social media channels.
7.5 Offers cannot be used in conjunction with one another. Where more than one offer is available on the same product, only one discount will apply. The offer giving the greatest saving will be applied in the basket. Equally, voucher code offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
8.1. We accept payment by bank transfer, most major credit or debit cards registered at UK addresses (Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB and AMEX), or by Paypal. We are unable to accept any other form of payment.
8.2 You are responsible for payment of all bank fees, credit card fees or PayPal fees incurred when making your payment (both for your Goods and shipping costs).
8.2.1. All credit/ debit card payments are processed by our secured payment supplier - Shopify.
8.3 Please ensure that the expiry date of your credit or debit card is after the anticipated dispatch date of your order. Payment will be debited from your account just before the dispatch of your order, and if your payment card has expired, we will be unable to take payment and fulfil your order.
We are not liable for any bank charges that may be incurred by you if sufficient funds are not available at the time when paying for your order is taken.
8.4. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
8.5. In addition, to prevent fraudulent use of credit and debit cards, Exotic Auto Parts will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g. Electoral Roll data, Credit Reference Services).
A third party may also be instructed to complete these checks. By ordering from the website, you consent to such checks being made. We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or e-mail to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your order, or we may be unable to accept your order.
Any information given may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency, which may keep a record of the information. All information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
9. DELIVERY OF GOODS
9.1 We only accept orders through our website where the delivery address is within one of the countries listed on our website. If you wish for your goods to be delivered to an address outside of these countries, please call us on +44(0)2034 886 609 so that we can discuss with you whether we can deliver your order to your requested address, our estimated timeframe for delivery, and our delivery charges for doing so.
9.2 We use a third-party delivery provider to deliver your order.
9.3 We estimate that your order will be delivered to you within the period specified in your order acknowledgement e-mail.
9.4 If something happens which is outside of our control and delays the delivery of your order, we will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery of your order as soon as we can.
9.5 Delivery of your Order will be deemed to have taken place when we deliver it to the address that you gave to us when placing your order.
9.6 If nobody is available to take delivery of your order, please contact the delivery provider using the contact details they provide.
9.7 Risk in the Goods (including the risk of loss and damage to the Goods) will pass to you on completion of delivery.
9.8 Exotic Auto Parts shall have no liability for any delay in delivery of your order or failure to deliver your order, where the delay or failure is caused by either an event outside of our control or your failure to provide us with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of your order.
10. DATE OF DISPATCH
10.1. We will advise you of the estimated date of dispatch of your order at the time you place your order. We do not guarantee this date, and it is only an estimate. You acknowledge that estimated dispatch dates are subject to change if there is a delay in the shipping of any Goods from a manufacturer.
10.2. We aim to assist you by advising you when your order is likely to be dispatched, but we cannot issue written or verbal guarantees about dispatch dates.
You must take out and maintain insurance for your order for its full insurable or replacement value before we will ship your order to you. We are not liable for any damage sustained to your order after it has been dispatched by us to you.
We offer a two-year warranty on all parts purchased by and shipped to United Kingdom customers only. You must present your original receipt at the time of making any warranty claim.
13.REFUNDS AND RETURNS
13.1. Goods ordered through this website may only be returned if found to be faulty on receipt. We must be formally contacted within 14 days of the date on which you receive your order.
If no contact is made by you with us within 14 days of receipt of your Order, Goods will not be accepted for return.
We may, at our sole discretion and in special circumstances, accept Goods for return after this time subject to shipping costs and a returns surcharge at a minimum of 20%.
All returns must be formally arranged with us before carriage is arranged. Shipping charges are non-refundable in all returns cases.
13.2 Goods returned to us must be in original and unused condition (including in all original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase).
13.3 You may send returns back to us by whatever method you choose; however, we do recommend using a trackable service and obtaining proof of postage. When sending returns back to us, please make sure they are securely packaged and insured, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged when being returned to us.
13.4 We will process all refunds as soon as possible, always within 30 days of receipt of the returned Goods.
13.5 You should inspect your order when you receive it for any defects in or damage to the Goods. Goods delivered by courier which are clearly damaged on delivery must be signed for as such or refused and returned to us.
13.6 Where Goods have been damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
ALL damaged goods should be returned to us in their original packaging (even if damaged) and must not be used or fitted to any vehicle. We may ask you to take photographs of the damaged goods so that we can see the condition that the Goods were in when they were delivered to you.
13.7 You must take good care of the Goods while in your possession. If you fail to do so and the value of the Goods reduces as a result of how you handle the Goods before returning them to us and where you have caused damage, then we reserve our right to withhold an amount on account of that damage from any amount which may have been due to be refunded to you.
14. SAFE SHOPPING GUARANTEE
14.1. We have used every effort to ensure that shopping on this website with us is as safe as purchasing in a 'bricks and mortar store. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information sent over the Internet.
When processing your order, your information may have to be sent over the Internet more than once. At no point is your Order information sent in this way without encryption.
14.2. Although we endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the complete security of any data you disclose online.
15. COMPLAINTS AND QUERIES
15.1. We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently.

16.1. Nothing in these Conditions shall limit or exclude Exotic Auto Parts' liability for:
16.1.1. death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors;
16.1.2. fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
16.1.3. breach of the terms implied by Section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979;
16.1.4. defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
16.1.5. any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for Exotic Auto Parts to exclude or restrict liability.
16.2. Subject to clause 16.1.1:
16.2.1. Exotic Auto Parts shall under no circumstances whatever be liable to the Customer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the contract; and
16.2.2. Exotic Auto Parts total liability to the Customer in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with the contract, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed 100% of the monies paid by the Customer to Exotic Auto Parts.
16.3 The majority of card issuers cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit card, but some may limit your liability to £50. If you believe your credit or debit card has been subject to unauthorised use, you should contact your card issuer without delay.
17. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
17.1. You are liable to pay all import duties, taxes and charges. These charges are your responsibility.
17.2. If being shipped outside of the United Kingdom, your order must clear customs. This can often take 2 – 4 days, although it may take longer as a result of events outside of our control.
17.3. Most countries charge customs duties and taxes on items being imported from the UK.
17.4. You are responsible for determining any import duties, taxes and charges payable on your order and the laws applicable to your order in your country of origin.
17.5. Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price of the Goods or shipping charges payable on your order.
17.6. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional import taxes, duties and charges will be prior to placing your order.
17.7. Import duties, taxes and charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company when delivering your order to you or when you collect your order. These are not additional shipping charges and are not collected by, or for the benefit of, Exotic Auto Parts.
This contract for your purchase from Exotic Auto Parts Limited is governed by the laws of England. You agree that any dispute arising under this contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
If you are a customer in an overseas jurisdiction, this will not affect your rights to bring a claim in your local courts or otherwise affect any statutory or other local law protections which you have.
